Volio / Organisations

Your organisation,
in the aviation feed

Flight schools, clubs, operators, shops and brands get a verified presence inside Volio: an audience that is only aviation, posts that reach it, and a link people can actually tap. Registrations are open.

Registering does not commit you to anything. We come back to you with a plan built around what you need.

01 · Already on Volio

Organisations already on Volio

Flight schools, operators, platforms and aviation media already have their own account on Volio. Open any of them to see who they are and what they share.

02 · Who it is for

Built for the organisations in the aviation community

Everyone you want to reach is already in the app, and they are there because of aviation, not in spite of it.

Schools & academies

Reach students choosing where to train, and stay in front of the ones already flying with you.

Clubs & associations

Post what the club is doing, bring members into one place, and let people find you through the aircraft they see.

Operators, shops & brands

Charter, maintenance, handling, gear, headsets, avionics. If your customers are in aviation, they are here.

03 · What you get

What an organisation account includes

One account, made for organisations rather than bolted onto a personal profile.

The right audience

Access to an app whose users are pilots, crew, students, spotters and aviation professionals. No spend wasted on people who were never going to care.

Verified account

A verified badge on your profile so people know the account is really you, and not someone posting in your name.

Text posts

Announcements, open days, courses, hiring, changes to your fleet. Straight into a feed people open for aviation.

Photo posts

Show the aircraft, the hangar, the students, the work. Photography is what this community stops scrolling for.

A link that works

A tappable URL on your profile, so a post can send people to your booking page, your course list or your shop.

A monthly post allowance

A set number of posts per month, agreed when we set your account up. The cap keeps the feed useful for everyone.

Plan & pricing

On demand

Organisations are set up case by case. Tell us what you need and we put together the plan and the price around it.

Register your organisation
04 · How it works

From registration to your first post

STEP 01

Register

Fill in the organisation form. It takes a couple of minutes and tells us who you are and what you do.

STEP 02

We verify

We check the organisation is real and that the person registering can speak for it, then set the account up.

STEP 03

Set up

Your profile goes up: logo, description, your link, and the verified badge alongside your name.

STEP 04

Post

Publish text and photos to the community within your monthly allowance, and see who is engaging with it.

05 · FAQ

Organisation questions

Organisation accounts are open. Register, we verify the organisation, and your profile goes live. From there you can post straight away.

Plans are put together per organisation, so the price depends on what you need. Nothing is charged at registration, and you see the terms before you decide.

Each organisation gets a monthly post allowance, agreed as part of your plan. There is a cap by design, because a feed full of promotion is a feed nobody opens.

We confirm the organisation exists and that whoever registers is entitled to represent it. It is a light check, and it is what makes the badge mean something.
